Bilingual Universal Banker - (English/Spanish)

There is a 10% Bilingual Pay Premium for this position. Being a Universal Banker at ESL is more than a job, it's your unique journey. We are currently looking for full-time Bilingual Universal Bankers to work with our members throughout our established branches across the Rochester region. In this position you will learn a variety of banking functions by conducting both Teller and Relationship Banker responsibilities. This position is responsible to effectively and efficiently process customer transactions in a branch environment and provide appropriate recommendations to customers who may need guidance in identifying the right financial solutions for their financial needs, all while building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
