We are currently looking for full-time Customer Care Specialists (Telebankers) to assist members over the phone in our contact center. Our contact center is located in the heart of downtown Rochester at our corporate headquarters. As a Customer Care Specialist at ESL, you will receive incoming calls from members and assist them with a variety of transactions to meets their needs while creating a positive member experience.
