Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage and oversee warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse order selectors and receivers
• Oversees and distributes WMS orders and routes for truck loading to selectors
• Oversees warehouse leads in checking all orders for accuracy, and proper loading of trucks and assisting when necessary
• Develop and improve warehouse processes and procedures to include WMS
• Ensures basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Evaluate, guide and train warehouse employees
• Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions
• Responsible for Identifying maintenance and repair needs with the facility and machinery
• Works closely with the Transportation Manager and Safety Managers to ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits:

• Annual salary starting at $55,000
• Benefits and Paid Time Off after 60 days

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Forklift operation certification
• Previous experience using an electric pallet jack
• At least 3 years working in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to bend, stand and stoop for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously
• Time management skills and ability to delegate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
