Assistant Director of Finance

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, a Forbes Double Five-Star property set on 27 acres along Pleasant Bay, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Finance to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role serves as a key operational and strategic partner within the department, supporting the full scope of financial management for the resort.

The Assistant Director of Finance will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, assist in the preparation of financial statements and forecasts, and help maintain the strong control environment essential to a property of our caliber. This individual must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment.
