The opportunity
We are looking for an Analyst to join our dynamic Non-Custodial Investments team where you will contribute in supporting our Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS).
You’ll play a key role in onboarding new accounts, managing non-custodial assets, and ensuring seamless administration for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive on detail, enjoy problem-solving, and want to learn the ins and outs of investment administration.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Onboard new accounts for MAPS and manage non-custodial investments
Verify, reconcile, and import historical asset data into client portfolios
Review applications, LPOA, redemptions, and fund manager instructions
Process income tax component adjustments and update asset unit prices
Participate in user acceptance testing for system upgrades
Contribute to process improvements for systems and procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous WRAP/Super platform experience highly regarded
Solid understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets
Willingness to learn investment administration processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
