- Interpret contract drawings, shop drawings, contract specifications- Implement project baseline schedule- Develop Detailed Estimate Breakdowns- Generate RFIs- Prepare progress meeting agenda and minutes- Conduct Progress Meetings and Issues and Tasks Meetings.- Conduct daily coordination meetings.- Identify Potential Change Orders, Negotiate Change Orders.- Develop Engineers Estimate.- Develop cost proposal for Change Orders.- Inspector Daily Reports- Payments- Vet Subcontractors.- Review shop drawings, EH&S plans, JHAs, EVAP, Construction Waste Management Plans.- Proficient in E- Builder, PM software, AutoCAD, SCADA Systems and MS Office- Reviews construction schedules for compliance with contract documents- Reviews of contractor schedule of values and...
