Job Description
- Manages project and/or program engineering teams associated with facility and pipeline design, controls (budget, schedule, and risk), public relations, regulatory and stakeholder coordination, project delivery (preliminary and final design oversight), and construction management/oversight.- Assists client/owner teams in Capital Improvement Program (CIP) management, governance, and project decision-making.- Utilize field and technical experience to identify opportunities for improvement in the development and execution of design and construction activities, including opinions of probably costs for construction.
