Welcome, heroes!
Overwatch Rush is a new top-down Hero shooter designed specifically for mobile, set in the Overwatch universe.
Overwatch Rush is being developed by a dedicated team with deep mobile experience. Join us as we expand the Overwatch universe and bring fresh new adventures to players across all platforms!
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and collaboration-oriented Senior Producer to help us craft Blizzard’s next great game.
You will bring a strong background of leading, motivating, and supporting multi-craft teams, as well as developing and being responsible for the production schedule to ensure successful deliveries. Sound like your next challenge? We can't wait to meet you!
Responsibilities
Engage with the game leads to understand and champion the game vision, performance goals, quality expectations, and backlog within your area of ownership, including both feature development and live operations content.
Partner closely with area leads to ensure a shared understanding of production requirements, constraints, and dependencies, translating these into a refined and actionable product backlog that supports both development and ongoing live operations needs.
Build and maintain the production plan in partnership with the team and leads, covering feature delivery, live operations cadence, and ongoing support — and then make it happen.
Align the team around clear, motivating goals connected to the broader game strategy, and support them in delivering high‑quality features, updates, and live content on a predictable and sustainable timeline.
Guide the team to proactively identify, surface, and mitigate emerging problems and risks across both development and live operations, while promoting transparency and shared ownership.
Work closely with design, product, and analytics partners to ensure live operations initiatives are well‑scoped, production‑ready, and delivered with the expected quality and performance outcomes.
Foster an environment where the team feels inspired, motivated, and empowered to do their best work across both feature development and live service responsibilities.
Encourage a positive, feedback‑focused team culture, and help identify and address morale or engagement issues as they arise.
Provide support, input, and feedback to team members to aid their performance, growth, and development.
Minimum Requirements
Experience contributing to the development, release, and live operation of at least one game or live digital product.
Hands‑on experience supporting or running live operations for a game or live service, including content cadence, updates, and post‑launch iteration.
Experience leading and supporting multiple teams or a multi‑disciplinary group within a defined area of ownership.
Strong experience with lean and agile product development methodologies.
Ability to foster a team culture built on trust, respect, accountability, and a willingness to experiment, learn, and improve.
Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting leadership style and ways of working accordingly.
Understanding of, or experience with, free‑to‑play business models and live service products.
Passion for games and collaborative product development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
