Position Summary
The Financial Analyst provides financial support and assists with special projects for multiple clinical departments. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Budget and Finance, responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Compile financial reports using excel and adobe acrobat professional software.
- Responsible for preparing monthly allocations.
- Areas include but are not limited to FPO assessments, Outsourcing, Pacific Interpreters, Tele Intrado, Core billing, Management allocations, transfers, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting in the core revenue cycle and other clinical management accounts.
- Prepare numerous and varied reports to include HeartSource and Strategic Communications.
- Provides data reports and supporting documentation for inter-departmental transfers.
- Management of AIMHI Space and off-site rentals.
- Responsible for monthly allocations, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Actively updating databases with new or termed spaces. As well as updating chartstring information, etc.
- Management of lease agreements and or contracts.
- Management of MSO’s.
- Responsible for accurately preparing and tracking invoices in a timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly accruals.
- Assist in and/or prepare Ad hoc reports.
- Provide financial statement for PO requests.
- Assist with special projects and adhoc reports that often require preparation on short notice with limited information.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experienced.

- Must be able to manage a high volume workload.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills required; excellent customer service.
- Intermediate to advanced level Excel and Adobe professional skills.
