Job Description
Own product launch logistics – manage all material and supply chain aspects of new product introductions and engineering changes.
Be the voice of the customer – oversee customer portals, uphold all logistics requirements, and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
Deliver with precision – monitor delivery performance, follow up on requirements, and ensure service part orders are scheduled, produced, and shipped flawlessly.
Lead continuous improvement – drive cross-functional initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and optimized material flow to boost efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance & safety – uphold OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and promote a safety-first culture.
Drive financial discipline – manage departmental budgeting and optimize resources for maximum impact.
Inspire collaboration – lead and mentor teams while partnering with stakeholders across the organization to achieve operational excellence.
