Extensive experience in occupational rehabilitation within complex or insurance based environments.
A relevant allied health qualification such as Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or similar.
Demonstrated experience providing rehabilitation advice across a range of health conditions.
Strong stakeholder engagement experience with customers, clinicians, and internal teams.
Confidence working within guidelines while applying practical, customer focused judgement.
Well developed communication and decision making capability.
