Program Development Specialist

The Program Development Specialist (internally referred to as Clinical Program Development Specialist) will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of mental health, suicide prevention, substance use, and other clinical programs across the agency. Reporting to the Program Development Manager, this role contributes to agency-wide initiatives that improve service delivery, promote health equity, and integrate data-driven decision-making into program design and oversight.
