Excellent command of various MRP & supply planning tools & software. Knowledge of Infor XA ERP system a plus.
Ensure all materials needed for various production operations are at the correct location exactly when needed – this is a core requirement.
Purchase order management to include release, launch, revision, expediting, review.
Perform channel demand & volume sales forecasting; daily production master scheduling.
Ensure ownership of the master scheduling process is exercised to include factory-wide discipline in execution – maximizing utilization of capacity, staffing, and inventory.
Be responsive to factory production issues as well as customer demands to include promise/re-promise orders.
Maintain complete current and future awareness of components, stock planning & inventory levels.
