Construction Manager / Resident Project Representative

- Oversee and manage a WWTF System Improvements Project.- Responsible for budget monitoring, construction quality and safety on the project site- Prepares monthly contract status reports, budget reviews, amendment requests and negotiations- Responsible for working as a team with the contractor, client, field team and designer- Responsible for review of work, rejection of defective work, inspections and testing- Daily report writing- Responsible for preparation of meeting agendas and portions of proposals
