- Support planning and execution of regional field marketing programs and events by assisting with timelines, logistics, and day to day coordination across Continental Europe.
- Assist with integrating channel partners into marketing initiatives, including co-hosted events and joint campaigns, and coordinating partner participation and materials.
- Help manage in person and virtual event logistics, including vendor communication, registrations, on site or virtual support, and post event follow up.
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and field channels by coordinating social activity, content assets, and maintaining marketing systems and databases.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign and event performance, ensuring activities are set up correctly for follow up and reporting.
- Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, asset and inventory management, purchase order processing, and supporting content creation and live event coverage.
- Support regional PR and communications activities, including coordination with PR agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the promotion of key announcements, events, and thought leadership initiatives across channels.
- Help amplify brand visibility through social media and content distribution.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, field marketing, or event support
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing funnel and pipeline metrics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Hootsuite, or Canva
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in data and performance tracking
- Comfortable working across multiple European markets, with an understanding of cultural and regional differences impacting marketing execution and engagement
- Fluent in English + at least one of the additional languages German and/or Dutch
