Our Desktop Loss Adjusters all bring something different in terms of their technical and professional expertise, but they all share a passion to represent the broader Davies Team out in the field.
What will your day look like:
Have a detailed knowledge of Building structures including foundations, walls, spanning members their performance and the nature of building materials and material pathology such as freeze-thaw cycle, moisture gradients, rising damp, creep, chemical attack.

Knowledge and Abilities:
Understand the principles of building repair and maintenance.
Proactively direct an investigation appropriate to the circumstances.• Demonstrate applied understanding of advanced negotiation skills to achieve settlement
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment.• Dependability and persistence are essential
