Presbyterian Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead operations at our Medicare Advantage Clinic located on Louisiana Blvd. This clinic serves Presbyterian Health Plan Medicare Advantage members, offering a full spectrum of preventive, chronic, and complex care services. The Clinic Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and exceptional patient experience. Our Medicare Advantage Clinic providers offer a variety of healthcare services tailored to the needs of our Medicare Advantage members. Services include preventive care, chronic and complex condition management, education on healthy lifestyle choices, evaluation and treatment of common medical conditions, and assessment of the urgency of medical concerns. As a PMG practice, our physicians and providers are dedicated to delivering patient-centered, compassionate care.
Provide leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the clinic
Partner with physicians, providers, and care teams to ensure high-quality clinical and service outcomes
Manage staffing, scheduling, workflows, and clinic performance metrics
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies
Support population health initiatives and Medicare Advantage care models
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient experience and team engagement
Oversee budgetary, supply, and operational needs of the clinic
Qualifications:
Associate degree in nursing, business administration or related field required or three (3) years experience in lieu of degree required
Associates Degree in Nursing preferred
Registered Nurse desired for this role
Four years of relevant experience required
Previous clinic or healthcare operations management experience preferred
Experience working in primary care, Medicare Advantage, or population health models strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
