DAZN is transforming the way the world watches sport, bringing fans closer to the stories, moments, and personalities that matter most. As part of DAZN News, you'll help create compelling content that informs, entertains, and engages sports fans around the globe. Working within a fast-paced, digital-first environment, you'll cover the biggest stories across sports, helping to shape DAZN News into the daily destination for passionate and informed fans. Collaborating with editorial teams across multiple territories, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful content across written, video, and social formats while working at the forefront of sports journalism and digital media.
As a Conetent Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging sports content across both written and video formats for the DAZN News platform. With a strong knowledge of major sports, a keen eye for breaking news and trending topics, and the ability to work at pace, you'll produce insightful and authoritative content that resonates with sports fans. Working closely with global news teams, you'll help drive audience engagement through high-quality storytelling, live coverage, video content, and social media output. This role requires excellent editorial judgement, strong SEO knowledge, creativity, and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in a busy newsroom environment.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Producing written articles covering breaking news and trending stories across North American sports
- Creating short-form video content using DAZN's sports rights and on-demand footage
- Producing SEO-optimised content to maximise audience reach and engagement
- Working across multiple sports in collaboration with global news teams
- Covering major domestic and international sporting events
- Running live blogs and supporting real-time event coverage
- Managing sub-editing responsibilities and homepage presentation
- Contributing to DAZN's social media editorial output and content strategy
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience writing both short-form and long-form sports content
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with image editing tools
- Interviewing experience and excellent editorial judgement
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and article optimisation techniques
- Excellent knowledge of major sport
