About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse in Carrigaline. In this critical role, you will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out safely, efficiently, compliantly, and accurately, supporting the smooth running of our Enzymes supply chain.
You will supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse operators, ensuring workflow efficiency across receiving, picking, staging, dispatch, documentation, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure optimal efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse operators, including task allocation, workload planning, and performance monitoring.
- Manage receiving, picking, staging, and dispatch processes in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through effective inventory control and cycle counting.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed correctly and on time.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to support both local and international shipments.
- Drive continuous improvement within warehouse processes, focusing on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Ensure full adherence to health and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in local and international logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
- Experience in warehouse supervision or coordinating operational teams is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
