Workflow:
- Brand Strategy Execution - Develop and implement mass retail brand communication strategies
- Campaign Management - Oversee ATL and BTL campaigns tailored for mass retail
- Performance Monitoring - Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts
- Compliance & Brand Alignment - Ensure brand messaging aligns with corporate guidelines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Summary:
- Brand Consideration - Percentage of target audience considering the brand for purchase.
- Brand Awareness - Recognition and recall rates of the brand in mass retail channels.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR) - Effectiveness of digital campaigns in driving traffic.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand communications
- Proven expertise in ATL and BTL campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation abilities with all stakeholders.
- Strong budget management and ROI optimization experience.
