Administration and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Azure Windows servers
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills
Understand the design implementation roadmap for DR IAAS PAAS environments on Azure Evaluate high level cost of migration able to select right environment and right size VMs
Ability to understand and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Azure PlatformasaService resources like Azure SQL Webapps Application Gateway CDN and AD authentication etc
ITIL Knowledge Has skills to work and manage ITSM Related tasks on ticketing tool such as ServiceNow
Create SOPs and work instructions for the team to help in seamless task execution and knowledge adaptation
