Overview of Role: The Human Resources Manager leads and manages all site-level human resources functions, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, alignment with business objectives, and effective people management practices. This role serves as a strategic partner to site leadership while overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.
