Location: Las Vegas Northeast and NorthwestAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships for Lorian Home Health. You’ll work directly with hospitals, outpatient rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and select medical groups to drive new patient referrals.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians).Generate new referrals and support existing accounts within the assigned territory.Act as the liaison between Lorian and referral partners; assist with referral processing.Obtain required Face‑to‑Face physician documentation.Support patients, coworkers, and referral partners by resolving issues as needed.Participate in team meetings and sales/marketing updates.QualificationsPrevious experience in sales or marketing (healthcare preferred).Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.Critical thinking and solid judgment in fast‑moving situations.Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsWork in offices and medical facilities; potential exposure to healthcare environments.Regular standing, walking, talking, and occasional light physical activity.Why Join us?We are committed to our employees' well-being, offering a comprehensive employee benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:· Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, EAP, 401(K) with 4% match· Paid time off and paid holidays· Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (role dependent), plus fuel card· Employee referral program and opportunities for growth and advancementThis position is salary based with a bonus structure.Pay per visit ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 visit commensurate with experience.
