Summary
Octave is looking for a driven and commercially astute Account Manager to lead growth across the Iberia region.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of both new business development and expansion of existing accounts across Spain and Portugal, promoting our industry-leading software portfolio. You’ll bring proven experience in software sales and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by industrial customers.
What you’ll do
- Build and nurture long-term, strategic customer relationships
- Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding key accounts
- Represent Octave with professionalism, integrity, and credibility
- Execute a structured sales approach using CRM tools to manage your pipeline effectively
What you’ll bring
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level and senior stakeholders
- A track record of selling complex, multi-product software solutions
- Confidence operating in commercial, financial, and contractual discussions
- Strong knowledge of solution selling, with the ability to articulate clear business value
- Understanding of customer budgeting cycles and decision-making processes
- A results-driven mindset, with a consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
