Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and objectives.
Coordinate project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party contractors, to ensure effective project execution.
Monitor project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management, and escalate issues as needed.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and inquiries.
Identify opportunities for additional projects or services, and work with sales and business development teams to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and inform future project delivery.
