What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing proteins, sides and sauces for  a variety of Ready to Eat products for a direct to consumer delivery business.

  • Following recipes and HACCP standards as directed by the Head Chef/Sous Chef

  • Be fully accountable for all product quality, taste, presentation as well as on time, and in full order fulfillment within a CFIA registered facility

  • Other duties as assigned 


What We Are Looking For

  • Culinary Diploma required; Red Seal Certification preferred

  • Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume kitchen or food production

  • Valid Food Safety Certification

  • Experience in banquet or catering services strongly preferred

  • Organized and efficient in food production and processing

  • A problem solver’s mentality; you see problems as opportunities and see the benefit of doing things differently

  • Strong communication skills, ability to adjust your communication style to different audiences, relay information clearly and concisely

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely execution

  • Hourly wage $23.06 starting 

  • Work schedule Monday to Friday from 2:00PM  to 10:00 PM
