What You'll Be Doing
Work in a temperature-controlled production environment maintained between 0°C and 10°C.
Prepare, portion, and package food products in accordance with established recipes, specifications, and production schedules.
Set up, operate, and maintain portioning and packaging equipment safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or operational concerns to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all food safety, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Complete end-of-shift sanitation and cleaning tasks and accurately stage finished products for the next phase of production.
Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience operating production equipment in a food manufacturing, food production, food preparation, or similar manufacturing environment.
Ability to accurately operate weighing scales, measuring devices, and other production equipment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment with strict deadlines and operational requirements.
Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment maintained between 0°C and 10°C.
Physically capable of standing and remaining active for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8–10 hours.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Demonstrated reliability, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Flexibility to work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts based on operational needs.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrates a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
What You Can Expect
Hourly Wage: $20.60
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
