Job Description
Responsible for vendor invoice audit and recording on monitoring AP logs and other adhoc logs.
- Perform invoice audit to identify discrepancies between vendor and company record
- Records identified vendor invoices without matching receipt in monitoring log.
- Identify invoices on monitoring log with matching receipts.
- Roamer to help out in other areas within the group
Education: Accountancy or any accounting|business related course - undergraduate
Skills:
- Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office Applications - Excellent Excel Skills Preferred
- Effective and Strong Organizational, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
