*** This job opportunity is not in the classified service and is not covered by the West Virginia Division of Personnel merit system.  *** Responsible for determining the eligibility of Veterans for benefits under existing laws, for preparing and presenting claims for benefits and for developing appeal cases resulting from unfavorable decisions by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
