Job Description
About this Position What you´ll do Support the Hygiene team in activities related to process standardization, monitoring and continuous improvement. Contribute to the implementation of the HACCP system and its documentation. Support the validation and verification of Cleaning Disinfection (C D) procedures through data analysis and evaluation of microbiological trends. Collect, organize and interpret hygiene‑related data (ATP results, microbiological analyses, deviations, audit findings) and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports. Update dashboards and monitoring tools to track hygiene performance and support the refinement of performance indicators. Assist in root‑cause analysis activities and in the definition of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Participate in internal audits, hygiene walkthroughs and compliance assessments. Support the drafting, revision and optimization of procedures, SOPs, hygiene plans and work instructions.
