Program Manager

Consider joining Ford as Program Manager within our .com portfolio management team. This role is responsible for the communication of defined scope, capacity planning, roadmap management and operational measurement internally for cross-portfolio workstreams that directly impact customer experiences.

The Program Manager will help implement new portfolio processes and be a champion for the progression and growth of the team. In addition to showing entrepreneurial thought leadership, you will be required to use core project management, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills to ensure the portfolio delivers projects on time and within budget.
