What are the Key Deliverables in this role? Financial Outcomes 🞴 Financial Planning/Accounting: Responsible for planning CFA related costs for multiple depots handling domestic sales. Responsible for the Budgeting & LE process. Supporting monthly accounts closing & reporting of the units. 🞴 Actionable Reporting Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, key business drivers and analyze key financial metrics in the areas of Salt Packaging, Rake Handling, Warehousing, Secondary Logistics and associated Overheads along with efficient reporting of CFA related costs with variances, Ad-Hoc reporting, analytics for bringing efficiencies in depot operations. 🞴 Cost Savings/Efficiencies: Work closely with the departmental Heads in analyzing & identifying avenues for Cost optimization thereby enabling effective decision making. Customer Service 🞴 Business Partnering & Cost Optimization: Partnering PSO team for all CFA arrangements including rate negotiations, cost ratification, proposal evaluation etc. 🞴 Travel of 5-7 days in a month to CFA locations Internal Processes 🞴 Financial Control & Compliance: To exercise financial controls across multiple locations and be able to appreciate the risks associated and implement mitigation plan. 🞴 Ad hoc reporting: Responsible for MIS, covering budgets, monitoring progress and reporting to leadership teams including Ad hoc reporting. 🞴 Budgeting: Support development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools. 🞴 Capex: Provide input for Capex Proposals & Implementing, monitoring Variable cost savings. 🞴 Vendor Payments: Partnering in all transactional approvals for different spends in CFAs. 🞴 Process Improvement: Process reviews and improvements across the CFA value chain.
