Application Engineer – Taiwan (Power Supplies)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre- and post-sales application support for high-power DC power supply equipment, focusing on market segments such as server power, automotive, battery, and renewable energy in Taiwan.
• Contribute and participate in marketing events and presentations
• Assist service engineers with operating in-house test power racks and performing basic diagnostic
• Establish strategic technical partnerships and build close relationships with the key accounts and channel partners
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product lines and customer support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably at least 2 years of applications support, R&D or test engineering experiences in the power industry.
• Fresh graduates with keen learning aptitudes and strong passion are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge in the power electronics, automotive and battery technology
• Proficient in C, C++, CAN and/or LabView programming languages is a plus
• Experience in PHIL (Power Hardware-In-Loop) is an advantage
• Highly motivated and success-driven
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
• Strong time management, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel (China, Thailand)
