Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and optimize deep learning models for PCBA defect detection (e.g., missing components, misalignment, solder bridges, tombstoning).
- Deploy and accelerate AI models on edge devices using frameworks like TensorRT or Onnx to meet real-time production line requirements.
- Develop APIs or interfaces to integrate the AI AOI system with the factory's MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Qualifications:
1. Education and/or Experience: EE、CS Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
2. Proficient in Python, C++, or C# programming languages.
3. Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
4. Language Skills: English, Mandarin.
