Job Summary:
- Supermicro is seeking dedicated warehouse professionals to work in our warehouses and distribution centers in San Jose. The Sr. Warehouse Worker receives and ships Supermicro products and coordinates shipment transfers to internal departments and customers. If you have a passion for warehousing and distribution, then Supermicro wants you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 貨物包裝打板、標籤製作、產品序號PDA掃描。
2. 核對出貨品項、數量與訂單內容是否一致與正確，即時反應異常以確保出貨品質。
3. 提供相關出貨產品訊息 (產地、包裝材積) 給船務單位製作出貨文件。
4. 出貨區貨物儲區管理和盤點。
5. 完成主管交辦之工作任務。
6. 5S管理 / 電動機具設備日常保養與點檢。
Qualifications:
1. 教育程度：高中職以上畢業，具備相關背景或證照尤佳。
2. 工作經驗：具備1年以上倉管相關經驗。具相關製造業倉庫包裝出貨工作經驗者佳。
3. 專業能力：基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體；良好的組織能力、關注細節與正確性。能操作電動拖板車，具備合格堆高機駕照。
4. 語言能力：中文 – 良好聽說讀寫能力；英文 – 基本讀寫能力。
5. 人際交往能力：需具備良好的人際交往能力，以有效地與同事、客戶及供應商溝通協作。
6. 責任感：需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。
7. 具備公平、道德與誠信。
8. 其他：需搬運貨物、走動與久站；可配合營運狀況加班
