Patient Scheduling Operations Specialist

 

Job Description:

• Managing all Cardiac intake rescheduling and cancellation requests originating from other departments.
• Calling every patient who drops from the queue between Sales and Scheduling.
• Following up with all Orthopedic patients who have not yet started therapy and ensuring they are handled or routed appropriately.
• Serving as the primary point of contact on iOMs for the entire organization on behalf of the Patient Scheduling Department.

This position might evolve in a more Assistant Manager position based on performances. 

-Experience in some related areas like: Logistics, Customer service, Patient management, Scheduling.
