The Incident Management Lead is responsible for overseeing operational and technology risk incidents across the organization. The role ensures that incidents are properly investigated, root causes are identified, and action plans are implemented to strengthen controls and reduce business risks. This role also works closely with different stakeholders and provides incident reports and updates to senior management.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Review and validate operational and technology risk incidents reported by different business units

  • Facilitate root cause analysis and coordinate investigations with relevant stakeholders

  • Support incident investigations, including participation in briefing sessions and war rooms when needed

  • Work closely with business units in resolving incidents and improving the overall risk and control environment

  • Monitor action plans and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures

  • Assist in monitoring issues, key risks, and action items across teams

  • Prepare incident reports and presentations for senior management and board committees

  • Support the review and enhancement of incident management policies and standards

  • Escalate key risks and potential non-compliance issues when necessary

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Risk Division Head

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related courses

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in risk, incident management, controls, or data-related functions within the financial services or fintech industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, and process management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Able to work independently and manage tasks under pressure

  • High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership

  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams
