Pipeline Metering Technician

You will manage safe operations of billing meter stations by performing calibrations, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs as required Comply with Safe Work Permit Process including lock-out tag-out, pre-job plans, hot work permits, and other safety initiatives Perform detailed maintenance, calibrations, and testing of instrumentation and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient pipeline and processing operations You will also troubleshoot and modify programming of pipeline control systems, including flow computer operations and programming Further, you will schedule and coordinate daily activities with operations and supervisory personnel to maintain smooth workflow Read and interpret electrical schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and one-line diagrams accurately Perform mechanical tasks such as valve operations, equipment installation, and pipe fitting installation Support Damage Preventive Technicians and collaborate effectively while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organization
