Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Plan and manage the development and overall Business Banking Centre business in close collaboration with Marketing & Performance Management team, treasury sales, CIBL, S&D. • Drive for achieving and exceeding all sales, services, risk and control KPIs. Leading various sales team in designing the sales strategy for new customer acquisition, new deposit growth, fee income generation and targeted new loan grow etc. • Build and maintain a high quality team spirit with synergy and a motivational attitude towards exceeding business goals. • Propose, design and coordinate with relevant parties and implement various SME sales activities through the cooperation with business partners and branches. • Develop and ensure the selling process of BB Centre which is fully compliance with the regulatory guidelines. • Track, report and review sales performance and conduct post marketing activities review. • Ensure adequate training is provided to the staff within his/her teams so that they can perform their functions at a professional level, in terms of practices, knowledge, compliance standard, etc. • Implement and compliance of anti-money laundering policy and relevant procedures. • Provide management oversight and develop / maintain a strong compliance culture regarding regulatory and compliance matters as well as anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing control activities. • Customer-Centricity - Strengthens credibility by consistently championing the team’s ideas and to audiences within the BankRequirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of credit and marketing experience at a managerial level in commercial banking environment with proven record in new customer cultivation.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in heading up a team of Relationship Managers servicing SME customers.
• Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Credit Risk Management (CRM).
• Sound knowledge of trade finance product and credit analysis, credit terms, pricing and collateral requirements etc.
• Extensive knowledge in credit and marketing in commercial banking environment with proven record in new customer cultivation
