Schedule: Nights and weekends may be required.

Position Overview
You will provide direct support to families, including traveling throughout the county to help them access services and resources.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass all required clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug and alcohol screening
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required.
