Objetivo del Puesto:
Responsable de coordinar al personal técnico en las actividades del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sus áreas de trabajo, Analizar la información generada por los sistemas de medición (ANDON. AMMS) y llevarlos a un nivel de visualización, ejecución y mejora continua;proveer soluciones ingenieriles enfocadas a la resolucion de problemas cronicos & endemicos en equipos
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar, evaluar y mejorar la maquinaria siguiendo las normas de seguridad, las capacidades del equipo, mano de obra y los estándares de calidad.
- Diseño y mejora de fixturas y herramiental para equipos de producción.
- Creación de manuales y documentación técnica de maquinaria.
- Soporte, implementación, auditorias y seguimiento de TPM y Mantenimiento Autónomo.
- Soporte al personal técnico de el departamento de mantenimiento.
- Participa en actividades de mejora continua como Six Sigma,TPM, Kaizen etc.
- Ejecutar y Proponer actividades encaminadas al Ahorro de Energía.
- Apoyo a los departamentos de Soporte en actividades relacionadas a la mejora continua.
- Apego a los procedimientos de Seguridad y Ambientales.
Requisitos:
- Universidad Completa (Título)
- Experiencia 1-3 años en puesto similar
- Administración de Personal
- Ingles Avanzado
