Shift: 1st: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Purpose: Set up, program, and operate laser cutting/engraving equipment to produce precise parts, reading blueprints and nesting diagrams to meet tolerances and quality standards.
Key duties: Load and secure materials, adjust laser settings, monitor runs, perform quality checks, troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance, and follow safety and lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications: Typically 1–3 years of laser operation experience; ability to read blueprints/GDT, use measurement tools, and work in a team; physically able to stand, lift, and handle repetitive tasks.
Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with PPE; potential overtime or shift work; emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
