How You’ll Make an Impact
Entering and administering of new patient contracts
Administering and monitoring patient payment plans
Processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments from patients’ accounts
Daily monitoring of patient accounts receivables in office, by credit card, and bank withdrawals
Daily close out of day (reconciling and bank deposits)
Assisting treatment coordinators with consultations as needed
Follow up and collections of overdue accounts
Liaison between our practice and external agencies and third parties
Collecting, reconciling, and monitoring of financial contracts
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctors and Practice Manager.
About You
Experience in dental/ortho office is an asset.
One year of accounts receivable experience is an asset.
Two years of customer service experience is preferred.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
