Job Description

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on WMS implementation and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Reflex (Web), JDA, Manhattan or other leading WMS platforms)
  • Deep understanding of operational processes
  • Knowledge about reporting tools (Power Bi, Qlik, Tableau, …)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and change management
  • Extensive travel within Europe is required for this role. Flexibility to travel at short notice and to be away from home base for extended periods
  • Experience of new logistics 3rd party business start ups
  • Strong communication skills in English and at least one other European language. Additional languages are a plus with a preference for Spanish or French
