Training, E-Learning, & Management Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-curious individual to support internal teams by improving processes, managing data, and assisting with learning initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to shape project goals, resolve obstacles, and deliver high‑quality solutions
- Build and maintain basic solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, e.g., Power Apps and Power Automate
- Manage SharePoint lists, document libraries, and structured data
- Assist with process improvements and workflow automation
- Support training documentation, curriculums, and learning materials
- Help track and report on training and operational metrics

- Confident tackling unfamiliar situations and applying structured, logical thinking to resolve challenges
- Demonstrates independent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of work experience in a related role
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and written communication skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate
- Experience documenting procedures or supporting training programs
