Position Overview

Are you a natural leader with an eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? Clean Team is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and highly organized Full-Time Site Manager to oversee our operations at a key facility in Fenton, MI.

In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our local operations, bridging the gap between frontline service and executive management. Working a stable, consistent afternoon-to-evening schedule (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM), you will ensure that the facility is maintained to the absolute highest standards while fostering a positive, productive, and motivated team culture.

Key Responsibilities

As our On-Site Manager, your primary mission is to oversee the quality of services provided to our customers, securing long-term customer retention through flawless execution. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of Cleaning Associates. You will actively identify areas where further training is necessary, while also recognizing, rewarding, and retaining our "all-star" employees.

  • Operational & Cost Control: Manage day-to-day operations efficiently by controlling labor hours and keeping supply costs within budget.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor usage and ensure the account is always adequately stocked with the necessary equipment and chemical supplies.

  • Quality Assurance: Act as the On-Site Lead responsible for verifying that the overall appearance of the building consistently aligns with strict company standards.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with your team and executive management to maintain open, effective communication lines. You will sync daily with the Account Manager to report updates, manage your time effectively, and prioritize a fluid daily agenda.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can lead by example. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Decision-Making Skills: Skilled at making quality, autonomous decisions under pressure.

  • Communication Excellence: The ability to give constructive feedback to associates and receive feedback from management efficiently and effectively.

  • Conflict Resolution: A proven capability to apply practical solutions to resolve issues, handle client requests, or manage interpersonal team conflict.

  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for effective time management and scheduling.

  • Age Requirement: All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy your weekends! Our Monday–Friday schedule ensures your weekends remain entirely your own.

  • Stable Career Path: We believe in promoting from within and investing heavily in our leadership team.
