Plan and manage labour, resources and operational priorities to meet customer service and contractual requirements.
Support and improve operational performance through KPI management, reporting and structured performance reviews.
Maintain strong customer relationships and build and maintain strong, collaborative customer relationships and act as a key point of contact for operational matters.
Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, stock management and process discipline.
Support safety initiatives including incident investigations, risk assessments, toolbox talks and compliance with operational procedures.
Promote lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the contract P&L through effective budget management, cost awareness and optimisation of operational resources.
Maintain effective use of warehouse systems and operational reporting tools to support visibility and decision making.
