Job Description
- Help the partner-facing team by developing the infrastructure in which they can build tools and systems to support the partners. Provide training, documentation and technical expertise to accelerate the development.
- Design, develop, and maintain the tools and systems required by the business and technical partner-facing teams to support partners.
- Perform implementation reviews, drive new product features and internal tools, and ensure the prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering.
- Identify, drive, and optimize the flow from business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies through prototyping and innovation.
