This role sits at the core of a high-scale SaaS environment where reliability, performance, and automation are critical to delivering seamless user experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and scalability of complex cloud infrastructure supporting a global learning platform used by millions of users. Working closely with software engineering and product teams, you will help design and operate resilient systems while continuously improving deployment, observability, and incident response practices. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and engineering-driven, with a strong emphasis on automation and platform thinking. You will also act as a technical leader, guiding improvements across infrastructure and mentoring engineers in operational excellence.
