Start your career in a global enterprise environment

You will be part of our Shared Service Center, supporting the two Stibo software companies. The Shared Service Center provides essential services such as network, licenses, finance, helpdesk, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the business can operate efficiently and focus on growth, innovation, and delivering value to customers.
 
As part of this 12-month role starting in August 2026, you will embark on a structured learning journey where you can expect:

You will be based in our Bengaluru office, working closely with global stakeholders across IT, HR, and Business Systems.

What you will be working with
In this role, you will gain experience across two key areas:

Workday Application Support
You will help ensure smooth daily operations of our Workday platform by:
  • Providing first-line (L1) support for Workday users and requests
  • Monitoring integrations and scheduled jobs
  • Investigating incidents and supporting root-cause analysis
  • Assisting with testing and validation during Workday releases
  • Maintaining support documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks

Microsoft Development & Automation
You will also contribute to technical improvements and solutions, including:
  • Supporting configuration changes and Workday integrations
  • Developing and enhancing small applications and automations
  • Working with technologies such as C#, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Documenting solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability

Your background
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Your skills and mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Curiosity about enterprise systems and integrations
  • Interest in both support processes and technical development
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative

It’s a plus if you have experience with:
  • Workday (support, reporting, or integrations)
  • Programming in C#, .NET, or SQL
  • APIs and integration concepts (REST/SOAP)
  • Reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Azure Integration Services or similar platforms
  • ITIL or structured service management practices
